This Weight’s for You – Weight Management for Women
This Weight’s for You is a unique program for women of all ages who want to reduce or maintain their weight, feel better and stay healthy. What makes this 9-week program different from others is MedGem, a device for determining your baseline metabolic rate. With that measurement, a registered dietitian helps you determine the ideal number of calories you should consume each day based on your individual metabolism. From there, you can establish a realistic weight goal and timeframe that takes your body chemistry into account. The result is a weight management plan that is safe, clinically sound and effective.
